Your Mental Wellbeing

Mental Wellbeing

Many pressures impact on the emotional wellbeing and mental health of young people in today’s society.  It is important to show understanding of this both at home and at school. Each young person’s well-being is of paramount importance.

Young people are all individuals and they require varying levels of support as they build their resilience or coping skills.

If You Are Worried About Your Mental Wellbeing

If you are worried about your mental wellbeing, advice and support can be sought from school, or your GP, as appropriate.

Depending on the timing, and circumstances, other medical services such as Out of Hours or A & E are options.

In an emergency, phone 999.
